Dr. Randy Hinze was born in Osceola, Nebraska. After graduating from York Public Schools he attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. Immediately following graduation he attended National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. Upon graduation from National College he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic and certification in Acupuncture. Dr. Hinze was honored with the Outstanding Graduate Award.
Dr. Hinze began his private practice in Columbus, NE. He has been very active in local, state and national organizations. He is a member of the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association, serving many positions including President of the NCPA and receiving the Chiropractor of the Year Award in 1989. Dr. Hinze also received Pinnacle Chiropractic group’s Doctor of the Year Award in 2014, and KMS Chiropractic’s Excellence in Chiropractic Service Award.
Dr. Hinze has been active locally as he feels it is important to not only improve his neighbors’ health but also their quality of life. Dr. Hinze has served on the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Columbus Area United Way Board of Directors, Scotus Central Catholic High School – past President of the Board of Education, St. Bonaventure Church Board of Directors, and Platte County Agricultural Society Board of Directors – Chairman of Board of Directors. Dr. Hinze is also a member of several national associations, service organizations and alumni groups.
Dr. Hinze is married to Debbie and they have 2 children. Daughter, Heidi and her husband, Kevin Kosak, are both Doctors of Chiropractic in Omaha, NE. Son, Eric – married to Ashley, is also a Doctor of Chiropractic in Omaha, NE. With 5 grandchildren, Dr. Hinze has a special place in his heart and practice for children who have health problems
